Rates quoted are per person per night, in ZAR & includes Vat, all meals & tea & coffees

Note: The above rates are subject to a minimum of 5 rooms and reserved for conferences and corporate meetings.

Deposits

Full payment is required:

  • Within 24hrs if reservation is 7 days or less from arrival time
  • Within 48hrs if reservation is made by a third party
  • Within 48hrs if reservation is for 1 night only

50% payment is required:

  • Within 48hrs if reservation is 8 or more days from arrival time
  • Within 48hrs and then the balance 30days prior to arrival for Agents, Group Bookings (2 rooms or more) and all reservations during our peak period

Cancellation Policy

Normal Season:

  • 0 to 15 days to arrival 100% forfeit
  • 16 to 30 days to arrival 50% forfeit
  • 31 days & more to arrival 10% forfeit

Peak Season:

  • 0 to 30 days to arrival 100% forfeit
  • 31 to 50 days to arrival 50% forfeit
  • 51 days and over from arrival 10% forfeit
